How You'll Learn
This programme combines the flexibility of online learning with valuable face-to-face skills development.
Online Learning
Most teaching takes place online through live interactive sessions.
Face-to-Face Training
A small number of in-person training days allow you to practise supervision skills, participate in experiential learning and build professional relationships with fellow trainees.
Experiential Learning
The course places significant emphasis on skills practice, reflective discussion and applying supervision theory to real clinical situations.
Entry Requirements
Applicants will normally:
Hold a recognised counselling qualification (normally CPCAB Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
Be currently practising as a counsellor or psychotherapist.
Have substantial supervised client experience.
Have opportunities to practise supervision during training.
Applicants will also be invited to attend an informal interview to ensure the course is the right fit for their professional development.
